በሐዘን ጊዜ ጭንቀትን መረዳት

ሀዘን ተፈጥሯዊ ምላሽ ነው:: በዚህ ጊዜ ሀዘን፣ ቁጣ እና ግራ መጋባት የተለመዱ ስሜቶች ሲሆኑ፣ ብዙ ሰውም ከፍተኛ ጭንቀት ያጋጥማቸዋል።

ሀዘን የደህንነት ስሜት እና ቀድሞ የመረዳት አቅምን ይረብሻል፣ ይህም እርግጠኛ ወደ አለመሆን እና ፍርሃት ይመራናል።

በሀዘን ጊዜ ጭንቀትን የሚጨምሩ ዋና ዋና ምክንያቶች

1.ነገን መፍራት
የምትወደውን ሰው ማጣት ህይወትን ያልተረጋጋ እንዲሆን ያደርጋል ይህም ከሰው ውጪ ህይወትን እንዴት መምራት እንደሚቻል አለማወቅን ያመጣል።

2.የጤና ፍርሀት (እሞታለሁ ብሎ መፍራት)
አንዳንድ ሰዎች የሚወዱትን ሰው ሲያጡ አብዝተው ስለራሳቸው ህይወት ወይም ጤናቸው መጨነቅ ያበዛሉ።

3.ድህረ-ሀዘን ጭንቀት
ይሄ የሚከሰተው የሚወዱትን ሰው በድንገት ያጡ ሰዎች ላይ ነው።

4.ነባራዊ ጭንቀት
ይህ የጭንቀት አይነት የምኖረው ህይወት ምንድነው?ለምን ተፈጠርኩ?ከሞት በኋላ ምንድነው የሚሆነው እያሉ መጨነቅ ነው።

5.ማህበራዊ ጭንቀት
በአብዛኛው ጊዜ ከሞት ወይም አደጋ በኋላ ስለአደጋው ወይም ሞት ከተለያዩ ሰዎች የሚመጣውን ጥያቄ፣ወቀሳ ወይም ትችት ፍራቻ ተከትሎ የሚመጣ ጭንቀት ነው።

በሀዘን ጊዜ የጭንቀት ምልክቶች

አንዳንድ ጭንቀት የተለመደ ቢሆንም፣ የማያቋርጥ ወይም ከፍተኛ ምልክቶች ጭንቀትን ሊያመለክቱ ይችላሉ፣ ለምሳሌ፡-

• ከመጠን በላይ መጨነቅ
ለመቆጣጠር የሚከብዱ የማያቋርጥ
ሐሳቦች።

•ከፍተኛ መሸበር (panic attack)
በድንገት የሚከሰት ኃይለኛ ፍርሃት፣ የደረት ሕመም ወይም የማዞር ስሜት.......

•የእንቅልፍ መዛባት

•የገለልተኝነት ባህሪያት
ከቦታዎች ወይም ሀዘኑን ከሚያስታውሱ ነገሮች መራቅ።

•አካላዊ ምልክቶች
ፈጣን የልብ ምት፣ ማቅለሽለሽ፣ የጡንቻ መወጠር፣የትንፋሽ ማጠር።

ጭንቀትን መቋቋም በሀዘንን ጊዜ እንዴት ይቻላል?

1.ስሜትን አምኖ መቀበል
የሚሰሙንን ስሜቶች ካለምንንም ፍርሀት አምኖ መቀበል።

2.ራስን ከአካባቢ፣ከቤተሰብ ማራቅን መቀነስ ሀዘኑን አምኖ በመቀበል እነዛን ሰዎች የሚያስታውሱንን ነገሮች ውስጥ ራስን መክተት ለምሳሌ ፎቶ መመልከት ፣ መቃብር ቦታ መጎብኘት..... (በጊዜ ሂደት ጭንቀትን ለማስወገድ ይረዳል።)

3.ለራስህ ማሰብ
ራስን ማከም ቀላል አይደልም።አንዳንድ ጊዜ አንዳንድ ቀናቶች ከሌሎች በተለየ ከባድ ይሆናሉ። ስሜትን ማፈን ጭንቀትን ሊያባብስ ይችላል። ስለሆን በትዕግስት እና ተስፋ ባለመቁረጥ ልናሸንፋቸው ይገባል።

መቼ ሙያዊ እገዛ መፈለግ አለብን?

• የእለት ተእለት ተግባሮችን ለምሳሌ በስራ ቦታ፣ቤት ዉስጥ፣በትምህርት ቤት ፣ በማህበራዊ እንቅስቃሴዎች ላይ ወይም በማንኛውም እንቅስቃሴ ውስጥ ተነሳሽነት ወይም ፍላጎት ማጣት።
• ራስን የመጉዳት ሀሳቦች ሰኖር።
• ያለምንም መሻሻል ከ6-12 ወራት ከቀጠለ በጊዜ ባለሙያን በማማከር አርዳታ ያጊኙ።
