⏩# ማዲያት አብዛኛውን ግዜ የሚከሰተው በሆርሞኖች መዛባት ምክንያት ነው፤ እነዚህ Progesterone & estrogen የሚባሉ ሆርሞኖች መዛባት ቆዳችን ሰር ያሉትን melanin የተባሉ ለቆዳ ቀለም አስተዋፅዎ የሚያደርጉ ሆርሞኖች ያበዛሉ፡፡ ይህም ለ ማዲያት ያጋልጣል ፡፡
🔺 አንዳንዴ ለረዥም ሰዓት ለፀሀይ መጋለጥና ጭንቀት ፣ የእንቅርት እጢ ማደግ በተጨማሪም በእርግዝና ሰዓት እንዲሁም ድብርት የሚያበዙ ሴቶች ላይ ይስተዋላል፡፡

🔺 ሎሚ፡- Acid & Vitamin C ስላለው ቆሻሻን በማውጣት ቆዳን ይጠግናል
- ከ 20 ደቂቃ በላይ ቆዳ ላይ ባይቆይ ይመረጣል
🔺 ማር፡- ተፈጥሮአዊ ባክቴሪያ መከላከያ አለው
- 2 ሻይ ማንኪያ ማር + ግማሽ ሎሚ + ለብ ያለ ውሃ = ለ15 ደቂቃ
- ግማሽ ሎሚ + ውሃ + እርድ
🔺 ገብስ + 2 ሻይ ማንኪያ ማር = ለ30 ደቂቃ የተጐዳው ቆዳ ላይ ማሸት
🔺 Castor oil በጥጥ ነክሮ የተጐዳው ቆዳ ላይ ማሸት
🔺 ፓፖያ ቆርጦ ለ 15-20 ደቂቃ በሣምንት 2 ጊዜ ማሸት
የተጨመቀ ፓፖያ + 2 የሻይ ማንኪያ ማር ለ 20 ደቂቃ አቆይቶ ለብ ባለ ውሃ መታጠብ የማቃጠልና የመለብለብ ስሜት ከመጣ ቶሎ መታጠብ ወይም ውህዱን ደግሞ አለመጠቀም
🔺 በተጨማሪ ራስን ከፀሀይ ጨረርና ቆዳን ከሚጐዱ/cosmetics/ ማራቅ

WHY is blood taken from the ring finger?
