Well, well,well.

It has been pretty SATISFYING. I managed to not lose my temper easily and felt really relaxed at the end. Instead of yelling at everybody, I did quite the contrary: I encouraged everybody and remained silent whenever they made errors. And guess what?! Our team performed much better than usual.
