TASK 2: It has become easier and more affordable for people to travel to other countries. Do you think it is a positive or negative development?
#study_with_me
Travelling around the world is no longer as challenging and expensive as it used to be. Although it offers certain benefits for travellers, I assume that the more popular tourism becomes across the globe, the more environmental hazards it could pose.
Travelling appears to be beneficial for a number of reasons. An obvious one is that people who travel a lot tend to develop certain skills or traits necessary to survive in today's fast-paced and seemingly incomprehensible world. Travelling requires one to step out of their comfort zone, in this context their home and to embrace the unexpected, which involves interacting with foreign people or dealing with problems which are otherwise irrelevant in everyday life. All of these experiences usually toughen people and help them nurture particular abilities such as being self-reliant, resilient and well-rounded.
Even more essential than these virtues is that when people go on a trip, they can have a chance to obtain something that most of us lack today -- peace. Today, most people live under constant pressure, whether it be academic pursuits, excessive workload or family issues. Travelling gives us an opportunity to recharge our batteries, relieving all these burdens. Making tourism more accessible to people can have a profound impact on their well-being too.
That said, the influence tourism could have on the environment is far greater than its advantages. The first major problem is transportation, or more precisely, the toxic chemicals emitted eventually. It is a known fact that transportation is an inevitable part of tourism and most of the transport means still relies on fossil fuels which produce carbon dioxide. This, in turn, leads to global problems such as air pollution, global warming, not to mention the depletion of natural resources such as coal and natural gas.
Another downside of tourism is that most travelers are not environmentally conscious. In other words, whenever they visit environmental landmarks in order to see the natural wonders -- a sort of tourism that is growing in popularity these days, eco tourism -- most of them tend to be indifferent towards the guidelines set to protect nature by littering around. Therefore, encouraging people to travel is not necessarily a good idea.
In conclusion, while I admit that there exist some positive aspects of promoting tourism among people, making it as financially viable as possible, I strongly believe that it also comes with its own set of challenges which could be more hazardous for the environment compared to its advantages.

TASK 2: In many countries today, if people want to find work, they have to move away from their friends and families. Do you think the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages ?
#study_with_me
Leaving family and friends in search of employment has become increasingly common among people in recent years. While there are certain disadvantages of this trend, I assume that the drawbacks are far more pronounced.
There seem to be a number of negative sides to moving away from one's hometown for work, one of which could be the erosion of social bonds. It is no secret that people who work far away cannot keep in touch with their loved ones as often as they used to. Even if they manage to do so on a regular basis, these remote interactions cannot make up for face-to-face communications or discussions around the table during dinner time. Therefore, being away from family and friends might take its toll on their relationships.
That said, in my view, moving to foreign countries to work can bring much greater benefits. The major reason why many people decide to move abroad is probably a lack of job opportunities in their own region. Migrating to other developed countries, even as an unskilled worker, could allow them to provide for their family because in developed nations, more jobs are available and the pay is high enough. Take Uzbekistan for example, where thousands, if not millions, of people move to Russia, hoping to find a job that pays sufficiently at least to cover the basic needs of their family. Thus, when one's own government fails to create enough employment prospects for its citizens, it is possibly the best decision for residents to leave their own society, including their family temporarily to find a decent job abroad.
In conclusion, although I do admit that working apart from family and friends may bring some disadvantages, its benefits are far more significant.

I'm just going to talk about a part two, speaking part two topic. The topic is about an unusual meal. I should talk about an unusual meal for at least two minutes. So, let me get started. Well, first of all, I got to admit that I'm not really a big fan of international food. I am actually, I love our traditional food, but the food I'm going to talk about right now is actually a Turkish cuisine called menemen. When I first tried this meal, I was quite young. Not a Turkish restaurant, actually. It was a typical restaurant, and we decided to try something new. And my brother, older brother, actually decided to go for this meal called menemen, Turkish cuisine, which looked nice. The ingredients are simple. The main ingredient is actually tomato and with an egg, actually, in the middle. And some other ingredients are pepper, onions, oil, and stuff. I'm not really, I don't actually know the whole process of cooking this meal. But, yeah, ever since I tried this meal, every time, whenever, I mean, whenever I go to a Turkish restaurant, I always, you know, choose this meal. Not because it's something really delicious, but because, I don't know, it reminds me of my childhood. And, you know, this, I mean, the very day we went to that restaurant in my childhood with my family members, and that happy moment, actually. Yeah.
