Unfortunately there is currently an issue with passcode puzzle media not coming out of portals for onsite events. We are trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

We apologise for the disruptions to Onsite Passcode Puzzle Media which has now been restored and will drop from portals for 4 hours starting from the event start time. Onsite passcode will remain active for 24 hours starting from the event start time. Onsite events that have concluded without their passcodes will be contacted shortly.
