Well,being a Chief prefect mostly had to do with a test of faith as to whether you believed in the source of your strength

Well my duty was to corporate and supervise the prefectorial body to ensure that their functions meet the expectation of administration

But some prefect didn't do their work well
I hope you know

Of course not all Christians do the will of God so I wasn't surprised I just learnt to tolerate and work with the ones who availed themselves

So do you think been a chief prefect has helped you ?

And why did you aspire for the position of been the chief prefect?

Of course it really did help,it placed me in the right position to meet the right people who may be of help in the near future

Chief prefect because I wanted a large platform to influence people to Christ

Alright leadership has to do with what you've been able to learn from predecessors and craft your own method to suit your subjects

How do you manage your time between academics, leadership duties, and personal life?

Well,this definition helped me think beyond the scope of my predecessors

Time management is something you pray for and work towards,I learnt more on how to delegate powers to others to create time for my academic work

Can you give an example of a difficult decision you had to make as a Chief Prefect?

Of course,that was ignoring the fact that some students went to New Juabeng and desciding to let it slide
