Good question,I did 80% with the help of God but I believe ( man came to do some not all)

I get the reason for their disrespect if it's reasonable I lobby with management to give them the benefit of dought that it was for the greater good

Alright,a leader must be very prayerful,he must be selfless and think before something is being thought about to be able to make the right decision and by grace I followed these predicaments to success

With my peers it was based on respect and honour for even the least regarded and with teachers it was based on trust and obedience
