Alright,be prayerful don't compare yourself to past prefects but do your best to be yourself at all times

I make them known to management by the constant visit to their offices
Have you introduced any new ideas, programs, or traditions as Head Boy?
Yes please that was the no rubber policy by the initiative of my general prefects and graduation ceremony to end the accedemic year
How do you handle criticism or feedback about your leadership style?
I ask for more critics and do my possible best to determine if they really are true and work on them
