Position Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee /supervise the enumerators under his/her areas of responsibility. Responsible to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities with the enumerators.
- Act as the governorate focal point for effectively communicate and respond to the DTM management team requests such as to conduct rapid needs assessments, displacement flow monitoring, etc.
- Prepare the monthly operational plans in coordination with the enumerators under his/her areas of responsibility and share them with Field Operations Assistant and the DTM management team before the start of the upcoming month/round.
- Lead the weekly meeting with the governorate enumerators in order to discuss the assessment forms and modify the work plans according to the circumstances.
- Provide weekly reports to the Field Operations Assistant highlighting the current situation on the ground, the achievements, challenges and the proposed changes in the plan.
- Conduct trainings on different modalities and tools of data collection for the enumerators under his/her area of responsibility.
- Supervise the enumerators under his/her areas of responsibility on daily basis and make sure that field visits are conducted according to the operational plan.
- Guide the enumerators and help them in finding solutions for challenges encountered in the field.
- Accompany and train teams during their daily visits and check the quality of work.
- Conduct monitoring visits of at least 10% of the locations under the areas of responsibility with the aim to check that enumerators have visited those locations and also to verify the collected information.
- Provide a monthly report on the monitoring visits to Field Operations Assistant and the DTM team.
- Triangulate the data and information with other sources such with key informants, community leaders, organizations, etc.
- Providing monthly narrative governorate reports to Field Operations Assistant and to the DTM team including information about the situation in the governorate under his/her area of responsibility.
- Create a contingency plan for the operations in case of risks and emergency situations and update it on a quarterly basis.
- Collect information from the enumerators under his/her area of responsibility on incidents of humanitarian impact and submit the information through the DTM Humanitarian Alert Platform.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support the data collection for the DTM.
- Ensure accurate knowledge of all the locations under the area of responsibility, which he/she will cover within the geographical scope of work.
- Visit communities and gather accurate information on population, displacement, return, needs and gaps in these communities on monthly basis.
- Develop monthly plans to cover all the locations/sites that are expected to be covered within the geographical scope of work in coordination with the Team Leader of the governorate.
- Understand the purpose of all surveys or assessments forms after receiving training on the tools and methodologies.
- Inform the Team Leader about any changes or emergency situations that may affect the population movements in the areas he/she covers.
- Investigate and identify various sources of data in order to obtain reliable information and data by interviewing multiple sources key informants to reach the most accurate information or result.
- Collect information on humanitarian needs and assistance through close coordination with the key informants and affected community leaders.
- Send the filled survey or assessment forms to the Team Leader and make sure of their timely arrival.
- Follow up any feedback made by the Team Leader on the filled forms and re-visit the location if needed to verify the data/information.
- Follow the guidelines and instructions made by the Team Leader, in particular, those related to the security circumstances.
- Conduct Monitoring activities, such as Third-Party Monitoring, Post-Distribution Monitoring, etc.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

7 – ضرورة التأكد من كتابة إسم المريض، اسم الدواء، كميته، العيار، الاستخدام، تاريخ الصلاحية على جميع أكياس الدواء الموزعة على المرضى.
8 – الإشراف على صرف حليب الأطفال بموجب وصفة الطبيب وإعداد لوائح بأسماء المستفيدين مع الثبوتيات مع ضرورة التزام معايير الصرف ضمن المنظمة.
9 – الإشراف على إستلام وحفظ وصرف الأنسولين للمستفيدين بموجب وصفة صادرة عن طبيب الداخلية وإعداد التقارير الشهرية بأسماء المستفيدين مرفقة بالثبوتيات اللازمة. مع ضرورة عدم صرف أكثر من ثلاث عبوات لكل مستفيد شهرياً.
