The next step towards the development of Kurash in Africa

🇿🇦As part of the African Kurash Championships, an important event for the future of the continental sport began today in Kempton Park, South Africa – a special training seminar for coaches and advanced training for continental referees were organised.

🔰Representatives from South Africa, Botswana, Cameroon, Congo, DR Congo, Eswatini, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia and Zimbabwe united for one goal – to improve skills, develop common practical criteria and strengthen international standards of Kurash.

This event is not only an exchange of technical knowledge, but also an example of solidarity in preserving the values inherent in Kurash – discipline, respect, honesty and rich cultural heritage.

“Training is preparing the future of Kurash in Africa,” said Mr. Martial Ngoka, Secretary General of the African Kurash Union. – “Each participant will promote the knowledge and experience they have gained here in their home countries, educate the new generation and protect the true spirit of the sport.”

❗️The seminars organised within the framework of the Continental Championship will contribute to the further development of Kurash in Africa.

📌According to the program of the Continental Championship, Kurash matches between juniors and seniors will be held by tomorrow.

Следующий шаг на пути развития Кураш в Африке

🇿🇦Сегодня в Кемптон-Парке (ЮАР) в рамках Чемпионата Африки по Кураш началось важное для будущего континентального вида спорта событие: был организован специальный обучающий семинар для тренеров и курс повышения квалификации для континентальных судей.

🔰Представители ЮАР, Ботсваны, Камеруна, Конго, ДР Конго, Эсватини, Маврикия, Мозамбика, Намибии и Зимбабве объединились ради одной цели — повышения квалификации, разработки общих практических критериев и укрепления международных стандартов Кураш.

Это мероприятие — не только обмен техническими знаниями, но и пример солидарности в сохранении ценностей, присущих Кураш: дисциплины, уважения, честности и богатого культурного наследия.

«Тренировки — это подготовка будущего Кураш в Африке», — заявил г-н Марсьяль Нгока, Генеральный Секретарь Африканского Союза Кураш. – «Каждый участник будет распространять знания и опыт, полученные здесь, на родине, обучать новое поколение и защищать истинный дух этого вида спорта».

❗️Семинары, организованные в рамках Чемпионата континента, будут способствовать дальнейшему развитию Кураш в Африке.

🇯🇵🇺🇿Special Kurash masterclass for Japanese national team representatives begins!

☄️ This one-week training camp is being held from August 8-14, organized by the International Kurash Institute in cooperation with the International Kurash Association and the Japan Kurash Federation.

❗️ The official opening ceremony for the masterclass took place today, August 9, at the Kurash Hall of the Department of Theory and Methodology of National Kurash at the Uzbekistan State University of Physical Education and Sport. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shakhrillo Makhmudov, Prorector of Uzbekistan State University of Physical Education and Sport Shukurjon Gaziev, General Secretary of the International Kurash Association Reza Nassiri, Rector of the International Kurash Institute Khabibulla Tadjiev, and Prorector Komil Mukhammadiyev. Also in attendance were IKI professors Kim Eurjoong, Rizomat Soliev, Nuriddin Chorshamiev, Feruz Bobomurodov, Shukhrat Kurbanov, as well as representatives, experts, and athletes from the Japan Kurash Federation.

"The relationship between Uzbekistan and Japan is strong not only on the sports field but also in our cultural values. Sports like Kurash and Judo bring us even closer. In these two sports, not only physical strength but also ethics, respect, and discipline play a crucial role. Today's training sessions will give our Japanese fellows an opportunity to not only learn the subtleties of Kurash but also to feel the timeless values of both nations," said Shakhrillo Sharipovich in his speech. 💬

This one-week program includes intensive training on all technical rules within the Kurash Usuls group, as well as an increase in theoretical and practical knowledge on refereeing rules and evaluation criteria for the masters who have arrived from the Land of the Rising Sun.

☄️ Бу бир ҳафталик ўқув-машғулот йиғини 8–14 август кунлари Халқаро Кураш институти томонидан Халқаро Кураш Ассоциацияси ва Япония Кураш Федерацияси ҳамкорлигида ташкил этилмоқда.

❗️Маҳорат курсининг расмий очилиш маросими бугун, 9 август куни Ўзбекистон давлат жисмоний тарбия ва спорт университетининг Миллий кураш турлари назарияси ва услубияти кафедраси кураш залида бўлиб ўтди. Тадбирда Ўзбекистон Республикаси спорт вазирининг ўринбосари Шаҳрилло Маҳмудов, ЎзДЖТСУ проректори Шукуржон Газиев, Халқаро Кураш Ассоциацияси Бош котиби Ризо Нассири, Халқаро Кураш институти ректори Хабибулла Таджиев ва проректори Комил Мухаммадиев, IKI профессор-ўқитувчилари Ким Эуржунг, Ризомат Солиев, Нуриддин Чоршамиев, Феруз Бобомуродов, Шухрат Курбонов, шунингдек, Япония Кураш Федерацияси вакиллари, экспертлар ва курашчилар иштирок этишди.

"Ўзбекистон ва Япония ўртасидаги алоқалар нафақат спорт майдонида, балки маданий қадриятларимизда ҳам мустаҳкам. Кураш ва дзюдо каби спорт турлари бизни янада яқинлаштиради. Бу икки қадимий кураш турида нафақат жисмоний куч, балки ахлоқ, ҳурмат ва интизом ҳам муҳим ўрин тутади. Бугунги машғулотлар эса япон дўстларимизга курашнинг нозик жиҳатларини ўрганиш билан бирга, икки халқнинг азалий қадриятларини ҳис қилишга ҳам имкон беради," - деди ўз сўзида Шахрилло Шарипович.💬

Мазкур бир ҳафталик дастур кунчиқар давлатдан ташриф буюрган кураш усталари учун Кураш усуллари гуруҳидан ўрин олган барча техник қоидалар бўйича интенсив машғулотлар ҳамда ҳакамлик қоидалари ва баҳолаш мезонлари бўйича назарий ва амалий билимларни оширишни ўз ичига олади.
