Dear Friends, dear members of the Kurash family!

🎉Today, we celebrate a joyful date for the world sports community - September 6, World Kurash Day. This auspicious day is of particular importance not only as a sport, but also as a symbol of friendship and unity among people.

🌎On behalf of the Asian Kurash Confederation, I would like to sincerely congratulate all kurash athletes, coaches, referees, national federations and sports fans.

❗️In this regard, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Honorary President of the International Kurash Association, Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, for his invaluable contribution to bringing the sport of Kurash to the world arena.

🇹🇯Тожикистон пойтахти Душанбеда ўтказилаётган Кураш байрами доирасида мамлакатнинг энг кучли тўртта жамоаси иштирокида тарихий — Тожикистон “Гран При” турнири бўлиб ўтди.

♻️Мусобақада Тожикистон кураш тарихида катта из қолдирган ва спорт жамоатчилигига яхши таниш бўлган йирик чемпионлар — Баҳодир Ҳалимов, Комроншох Устопириён, Дадахон Қурбоналиев ва Рустам Боқиев номидаги жамоалар майдонга чиқди. Ушбу жамоалар таркибидан Кураш, самбо ва дзюдо бўйича Осиё ҳамда Жаҳон чемпионлари ўрин олгани беллашувларга янада кўтаринки руҳ бағишлади.

The Grand Prix in Kurash in Shokhambari has determined its winners

🇹🇯As part of the Kurash Festival held in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe, the historic Tajikistan Grand Prix tournament was held with the participation of the four strongest teams of the country.

♻️The competition featured teams named after Bakhodir Khalimov, Komronshokh Ustopiriyon, Dadakhon Kurbonaliev and Rustam Bakiev, who left a big mark on the history of Tajik kurash and are well-known to the sports community. The fact that these teams included Asian and World champions in Kurash, sambo and judo gave the competitions an even more festive spirit.

🎉The matches at the Shokhambari sports complex gave sports fans a real holiday gift. Attractive techniques and dynamic Kurash matches gave the tournament a special solemnity.

🎙️At the official opening ceremony of the event, the President of the International Kurash Association, Haider Farman, and the President of the Tajikistan Kurash Federation, Abdumalik Orifov, made a speech congratulating all participants, and expressed deep gratitude to the Tajikistan Federation for its services in celebrating World Kurash Day at a high level. After that, Haider Farman officially declared the World Kurash Day holiday and the Tajikistan Grand Prix competition open.

❗️In the final matches, in the decisive match between the team of Bakhodir Khalimov and the team of Komronshokh Ustopiriyon, Khalimov's team won a well-deserved victory. Experienced stars of the Tajik national team, such as Navruz Karimzod and Haknazar Nazarov, made a great contribution to this victory.

🏆The awarding ceremony of the winners is planned to be held during the Kurash Day celebration.

🎉6 сентябрь куни Халқаро Кураш Ассоциацияси (IKA) тузилганига 27 йил тўлди. Шу сана ҳар йили Дунё Кураш куни сифатида 100 дан ортиқ давлатда катта тантана билан нишонланади.

🇹🇯Жорий йил байрам маросимларининг бош маркази Душанбе шаҳри бўлди. Пойтахтдаги “Анзур” ресторанида ташкил этилган тантанали кечада Халқаро Кураш Ассоциацияси раҳбарлари, Тожикистон Кураш федерацияси, Миллий Олимпия қўмитаси, Спорт вазирлиги вакиллари, спортчилар, мураббийлар ҳамда дунё Кураш оиласи вакиллари иштирок этдилар.

🔰Тантанани IKA Президенти Ҳайдар Фарман очиб, барчани самимий қутлади. У кураш инсоният ҳаётининг муҳим маънавий қадриятларига айланиб бораётганини, унинг асосида ҳалоллик, мардлик ва олийжаноблик ётганини таъкидлади. The World Kurash Day was widely celebrated around the world

🎉On September 6, the International Kurash Association (IKA) marked 27 years since its establishment. This date is celebrated annually as World Kurash Day with grand ceremonies in more than 100 countries.

🇹🇯This year, the city of Dushanbe became the main center of the holiday celebrations. A ceremonial evening organized at the "Anzur" restaurant in the capital was attended by leaders of the International Kurash Association, representatives of the Tajikistan Kurash Federation, the National Olympic Committee of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Sports of Tajikistan, athletes, coaches, and members of the global Kurash family.

🔰The ceremony was opened by IKA President Haider Farman, who sincerely congratulated everyone. He emphasized that Kurash is becoming an important spiritual value in people's life, based on honesty, courage, and nobility. At the same time, he expressed gratitude to the Tajikistan Federation for the holiday initiative.

🎙Following this, IKA Vice-President Sherzodkhon Kudratkhuja also spoke, highly praising the hospitality and nobility of the Tajik people. He stressed that Kurash's place in world sports is steadily strengthening and that it will certainly join the Olympic family in the future.

🎶During the evening, songs and national dances were performed by Tajik artists.

🏅As part of the holiday, the winners and prize-winners of the Grand Prix tournament in Kurash held at the Shokhambari sports complex were awarded. Bakhodir Khalimov's team took first place, and Komronshokh Ustopiriyon's team secured second place. They were presented with medals, certificates, and cash prizes.

🎁Haider Farman presented commemorative gifts from the International Kurash Association to the representatives of the Tajikistan Kurash Federation, who contributed to all organizational work, and to the devoted members of the Kurash family.
