🗓️2025 йил 16 сентябрь куни Кураш ҳакамлиги бўйича Тошкент саммитининг иккинчи кун сессиялари давом этмоқда. Анжуманда кураш мусобақаларида замонавий технологияларни жорий этиш ва ташкилотчилик жараёнларини такомиллаштириш масалалари атрофлича кўриб чиқилди.

🎬Сессияларда, жумладан, VAR тизимини жорий этиш ва унинг техник тамойиллари муҳокама этилди. Таъкидланишича, мазкур тизим кураш баҳсларида адолат ва шаффофликни янада таъминлашга хизмат қилади.

❗️Шунингдек, муҳокамалар давомида кураш мусобақаларида мураббийлар иштирокига рухсат бериш масаласига алоҳида эътибор қаратилди. Янги тартибга кўра, мураббийлар ИКАнинг А ва В тоифали лицензиясига эга бўлиши ва баҳс жараёнига халал бермаслиги шарт этиб белгиланди. Ҳолатни қайта кўриб чиқиш зарур бўлганда эса жамоа мураббийларига расмий илтимоснома киритиш ҳуқуқи берилиши назарда тутилмоқда.

Tashkent Summit: The issues of the VAR system and approval for coaches’ inclusion have been discussed

🗓️Today, on September 16, 2025, the second day of the Global Summit on Refereeing Kurash Standards is going on. The conference comprehensively addressed the issues related to the introduction of modern technologies in Kurash competitions and the improvement of organisational processes.

🎬In particular, the meetings discussed the introduction of the VAR system and its technical principles. It was emphasized that this system will contribute to further ensuring the fairness and transparency of Kurash competitions.

❗️During the discussions, special attention was also paid to the approval for coaches’ participation in Kurash competitions. According to the new procedure, coaches must have an IKA category A and B license and not interfere in the proceedings of the competition. If necessary, team coaches will be given the right to submit an official petition to review the situation.

🇺🇿2025 йил 15–16 сентябрь кунлари Тошкент шаҳрида бўлиб ўтган “Курашда ҳакамлик стандартлари” Жаҳон саммити ўз якунига етди. Икки кун давом этган мазкур нуфузли тадбир кураш ҳакамлигини ягона халқаро мезонлар асосида ривожлантиришга қаратилган муҳим тарихий қадам сифатида қайд этилди.

🎙Саммитнинг сўнгги кунида ҳакамлик қоидалари ва адолат мезонлари юзасидан давра суҳбати ташкил этилди. Тадбирни IKA бош котиби Муҳаммад Реза Нассири бошқариб борди. Унда мусобақа жараёнида юзага келадиган баҳсли ҳолатлар акс этган видеолар намойиш этилди ва иштирокчилар ўз фикр-мулоҳазаларини баён этдилар.

The “Tashkent Summit Recommendations on Refereeing Kurash Standards” Adopted

🇺🇿The Global Summit on “Refereeing Kurash Standards ,” held in the city of Tashkent on September 15–16, 2025, has successfully concluded. This prestigious two-day event was noted as a significant historic step aimed at developing Kurash Refereeing based on unified international criteria.

🎙On the final day of the summit, a roundtable discussion was organized on refereeing rules and fairness standards. The event was chaired by the General Secretary of the IKA, Mohammad Reza Nassiri. Videos showcasing disputed situations that arise during competitions were presented, and participants shared their insights and opinions.

⌛During the discussions, several criteria in the evaluation and warning systems were clarified. Additionally, the refereeing training system, the procedure for conducting the “One Star” examinations, and organizational aspects were thoroughly analyzed by experts.

❗️At the end of the conference, the “Tashkent Summit Recommendations on Refereeing Kurash Standards” were adopted. This document will serve as a key guideline to ensure fairness, transparency, and professionalism in future Kurash competitions.

📌Based on the recommendations, proposals will be prepared to clarify the rules of Kurash and implement necessary amendments, which will be submitted to the Congress of the International Kurash Association.

🔸The “Tashkent Recommendations” represent the initial step toward establishing unified international standards in Kurash refereeing. Their adoption will contribute to enhancing the global influence of the sport and organizing future international competitions at an even higher level.

Kurash is included in the program of the 3rd Asian Youth Games Hurry up to register!

🇧🇭September 15, 2025, in accordance with the decision of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) and the Bahrain Asian Youth Games Organizing Committee (BAYGOC), the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) has officially announced that Kurash will be included in the program of the III Asian Youth Games.

💫This decision aims to instill respect for the ancient sporting traditions of Asia’s peoples, promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, and expand the games’ program.

The Kurash competitions will be held in four weight categories: boys: -65 kg and -83 kg, girls: -52 kg and -70 kg.

The International Kurash Association (IKA) considers this decision to be clear evidence of the growing recognition of Kurash as a sport on the International stage.

🤝The IKA expresses its gratitude to the Olympic Council of Asia, the Bahrain Asian Youth Games Organizing Committee, the Government of Uzbekistan, and the Tajikistan Kurash Federation for their support in these processes.

❗️The IKA calls on all National Olympic Committees and National Kurash Federations in Asia to actively participate in these prestigious games in Bahrain.

🇧🇭15 сентября 2025 года, в соответствии с решением Олимпийского совета Азии (ОСА) и Оргкомитета Азиатских юношеских игр Бахрейна (BAYGOC), Олимпийский совет Азии (ОСА) официально объявил о включении Кураш в программу III Азиатских юношеских игр.

💫Данное решение направлено на воспитание уважения к древним спортивным традициям народов Азии, популяризацию здорового образа жизни среди молодёжи и расширение программы игр.

Соревнования по Кураш пройдут в четырёх весовых категориях: юноши: -65 кг и -83 кг, девушки: -52 кг и -70 кг.

Международная Ассоциация Кураш (IKA) считает это решение ярким свидетельством растущего признания Кураш как вида спорта на международной арене.

I have been engaged in the field of Kurash for the past 25 years. Kurash is a sport of great nobility and refinement.
I was honored to participate in the Global Summit on Kurash Refereeing, Rules, and Standards. This event held particular significance for the future generations of children who will grow up practicing Kurash. My purpose in attending was to learn from the summit and to exchange experiences for the benefit of coaches, referees, and the broader development of our federation. The contribution of Uzbekistan was remarkable and will undoubtedly support the global promotion of Kurash.
During the summit, I observed the strong leadership of the Rector of the International Kurash Institute, Mr. Khabibulla Tadjiev. I also wish to acknowledge the efforts of the IKA Secretary General, Mr. Reza Nassiri, and Mr. Mansur Mirzaev, whose contributions are instrumental in advancing and promoting this sport.
This summit was of great importance for the future of Kurash. Over the years, I have witnessed the continued growth and development of Kurash, which has become even stronger and more sophisticated than many other martial arts—a fact of which I am proud.

In May, I participated in a seminar where we studied various methods of preparation. During this seminar, referees and coaches shared their valuable knowledge with us.

Upon returning to our country, we conveyed this knowledge to our coaches and referees, and we also ensured that our students benefited from it.

On 15 September, at the Global Referees’ Summit organized by IKI and IKA, we gathered to improve our refereeing practice and clarify the rules. We share our knowledge, learn from each other, and progress together.
