راح نستخدم هذا المصطلح:

( #snap_out_of_something )

🔹Meaning: to stop experiencing  something unpleasant or stop  behaving in a negative way.

طبعا المعني المعروف لها هو ( خلف )
ولكن يوجد لها معاني اخري كما في الامثله الموضحة ادنى :
