Syrian Internal Security in Idlib governorate arrested Colonel Ziad Kokesh for war crimes against Syrians. Colonel Thaer Hussein, the second senior official from Saydnaya Prison to be arrested today, was taken into custody by the Internal Security Command in the Tartous countryside. As part of ongoing efforts to hold those accountable responsible for the prison’s notorious abuses, he has been placed in judicial custody.
