βGovernments always need enemies, even when they're not at war. If you don't have a real enemy, you make one up and spread the word. It scares the population, and when the people are scared, they tend not to step out of line.β

I am so incredibly bullish on GINGERπ«. It has been miraculous for my familyβs health!
Hereβs what ginger can do:
β’ lowers TSH, a sign of improved thyroid signalling
β’ reduces endotoxin load via gut motility -> better digestion = less systemic inflammation
β’ warms the extremities by increasing metabolic rate + circulation
β’ improves bile flow -> better fat digestion, detoxification, and hormonal balance
β’ blunts excessive cortisol spikes by stabilising blood sugar
β’ mild COX-2 inhibitor -> less inflammatory prostaglandins, estrogen = fewer stress signals
β’ enhances oxygen utilisation at the cellular level (less stress, less fatigue, more ATP!)
β’ promotes dopamine release (focus, clarity, drive)
β’ supports memory, calmness, and reaction time by reducing neuroinflammation
β’ gentle appetite stimulant in the underfed, appetite regulator in the overstimulated
Is there anything ginger canβt do??? Eat ginger! π«β¨
My favourite ways to have it: in gelatinous pho, fresh ginger root tea, juiced, or candied π :) π

βTech agorismβ is like trying to weaponize your own chains; even if your arguments are correct, your methods guarantee failure because the system metabolizes all resistance into its own metabolism.
