LPI DAO is a community based DeFi seed sale aggregator platform which provides gateway to seed sale for projects specializing in GameFi & NFT.
From the LPI Team we would like to inform the community and all investors, the project will be going ahead on a smaller scale than planned.
We understand there are different opinions amongst the community and investors about what should be done.
The decision is to distribute tokens on 26 July with the release schedule. High APY staking will be initiated and available to all holders.
With regards to the left over tokens. 50% of these tokens will be burnt and 50% will be kept for future partnerships.

We would like to inform the community, the final decision regarding the project:
From the team, we strongly feel launching an inadequately funded project will only create more losses for investors and as a principle of the project we place the communitiy’s interests first.
Therefore the team will be putting the project on hold and refunding all investors who participated in the public sale hosted by LPI.
CyberFi has been our largest supporter in this process. We have utilized part of the funds raised on Samurai and through CyberFi to accelerate the project. It was $60 000 of these funds which had been utilized for marketing and development of the project.
At this moment in time we can only cover 80% of all funds from the CFI raise for the refund and will shortly proceed with this.
The remaining 20% will be compensated with the future launch of LPI or in any other project the team launches with additional bonuses for initial participators. We highly value the participation of the CyberFi community and feel this is the best we can do in these circumstances. CyberFi will control the refund and continue to work with our team and advise.
We would like to thank the Tinville team and investors for believing in the project. All investors will be refunded by the Tinville team.
The team will be working on the project in the meantime and will aim for a much more successful launch in time to come. For those who are interested in the project you are welcome to stay and get frequent updates from the team about the projects status.

After much thinking and planning the team has devised the following as an alternative to the original concept of LPI:
• LPI will restructure as a Community Governed Seed Aggregator (A platform for investors to buy seed sale tokens)
• Investing in projects on all networks will continue to be a part of the project.
• As many investors had previously questioned how they will be able to gain access to various project tokens, we will be integrating this into the project.
• $LPI holders will decide what projects they would like to invest in.
• The community is not limited to the projects selected by the team
• For the first time, investors will be able to get seed sale access to any project across the blockchains.
• The team will also source seed sale tokens of any project in the pre-sale phase, requested by the LPI token holders if a minimum pledge threshold is met.
• The LPI Team will continue to work on the LPI Fund starting on a smaller scale than originally planned and building up over time.
