If he is kinaesthetic, his best learning methodology will be a little more laborious but it can't be helped; he has to write and practice; study without distractions and avoid group studies.*_
_*Once your child adapts to his learning style, learning will become easier and more enjoyable. Of course, those who make it to the top bracket in academics, practice all the three learning methodologies. So, help him to plan his studies by ensuring that he studies for a maximum period of 50 minutes in one sitting and then gift him a 10-minute distraction. Please ensure it is not the other way.*_
_*There has to be a dedicated space for studies. Let it just be a corner in the house, maybe the balcony, could be the terrace - but there has to be a dedicated space for studies. Practicing a ritual before beginning to study goes a long way. This ritual will send a message to his intelligence that, he is going to start studying and it must be prepared to concentrate!!!*_

At the same time, if shortfalls, inadequacies, compromises and mistakes are not reflected back to him, he will remain mediocre, assuming his standards are good enough.*_
_*Below par performances need feedbacks. Without constructive criticism, the bar of performance will never be raised. So, discuss the wrong but don't make the person feel, as if he is a wrong person. Help him understand that failure is an event and it is not a person. Teach him to deal with the failure but don't make him feel like a failure!!!*_
