⭐️ چالش ژاپن با اوپن‌ای‌آی بر سر «گنجینه‌های فرهنگی»

پیشرفت در فناوری هوش مصنوعی، به ویژه با معرفی Sora 2 توسط OpenAI، چالش‌های جدی در زمینه حقوق مالکیت فکری ایجاد کرده است. این مدل جدید که قادر به تولید ویدئوهای ۲۰ ثانیه‌ای با کیفیت 1080p و صدا است، به سرعت توسط کاربران برای خلق محتوای حاوی شخصیت‌های محبوب انیمه و بازی‌هایی مانند «وان پیس»، «پوکمون» و «ماریو» مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. این امر موجی از نگرانی را در میان دارندگان حقوق این آثار و همچنین دولت ژاپن برانگیخت، چرا که این شخصیت‌ها به عنوان «گنجینه‌های بی‌بدیل» و نماد قدرت خلاقانه این کشور در عرصه جهانی شناخته می‌شوند.

در واکنش به این موضوع، دولت ژاپن به طور رسمی از اوپن‌ای‌آی درخواست کرد تا از نقض کپی‌رایت خودداری کند. «مینورو کیوچی»، وزیر دولتی استراتژی مالکیت فکری و هوش مصنوعی، بر اهمیت این دارایی‌های فرهنگی تأکید کرد. این درخواست در حالی مطرح می‌شود که قانون ترویج هوش مصنوعی ژاپن اگرچه برای تبدیل این کشور به دوست‌دارترین محیط برای توسعه هوش مصنوعی طراحی شده، اما در عین حال راهکارهایی را برای مقابله با استفاده‌های مشکل‌ساز پیش‌بینی کرده است. اگرچه این قانون در حال حاضر فاقد مجازات‌های مشخص است، اما مقاماتی مانند «آکیهیسا شیوزاکی» بر این باورند که ژاپن به دلیل نقش پیشرو در خلق محتوای فرهنگی، مسئولیت رهبری در تعیین قوانین برای این عرصه جدید را بر عهده دارد.

از سوی دیگر، اوپن‌ای‌آی در پاسخ به این نگرانی‌ها وعده داده که کنترل دقیق‌تری را در اختیار صاحبان حقوق قرار دهد تا مشخص کنند شخصیت‌هایشان چگونه و آیا اصلاً می‌توانند استفاده شوند. سم آلتمن، مدیرعامل این شرکت، این محتوای تولیدشده را «فن‌فیکشن تعاملی» خواند و به طور خاص به ارتباط عمیق کاربران با محتوای ژاپنی اذعان کرد. با این حال، این موضع‌گیری نتوانسته انتقادات از جمله در فضای مجازی ژاپن را بخواباند. این رویداد، شرکت‌های بزرگی مانند نینتندو، دیزنی و یونیورسال را نیز بر آن داشته تا با صدور بیانیه‌ها و حتی اقامه دعوی قضایی، بر عزم خود برای دفاع از دارایی‌های فکریشان در برابر هوش مصنوعی تأکید کنند و نشان دهند که این نبرد حقوقی تازه آغاز شده است.
