Samsung currently doesn't let you use the DeX touchpad on the cover screen of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 ...

So a developer made an app just for that. It's called DeX Touchpad and works as expected, but it requires a few steps to set up (uses shell privileges to inject inputs on other displays & needs to be added to the cover screen via Multistar).

The app isn't publicly available and was just a simple weekend project from the dev. I hope Samsung just allows the touchpad to be accessed from the cover screen in a future update - seems like a no brainer feature!

๐Ÿ–ฅ With One UI 8, you can once again use Samsung DeX on your PC ... but you'll need a third-party tool.

Using scrcpy, you can launch a DeX window on any PC. Samsung killed DeX for PC support in One UI 7, so this is a nice workaround.

Google just launched Storybooks in Gemini!

This feature lets you create custom 10-page storybooks about any topic!

You can ask it to use a certain illustrative style and even turn it into a coloring book! You can also print these books out. Pretty fun!

While this is clearly aimed at entertaining children...I had some fun creating horror stories when testing it.

Check out this story I made of New York turning into Silent Hill. It's actually pretty chilling.

Here's a less horrifying example: A day in the life of a New York City bagel shop owner.
