Israel targeted a group of journalists in coffee bar in Gaza. Bayan Abu Sultan survived. Her colleague Ismail Abu Hatab was killed. Dozens of civilians were killed too.
The aim is clear: silence witnesses, erase evidence, and continue the genocide without accountability.
Journalists are not collateral—they are targets.

Oatmeal × chia seeds × chocolate cookies
• Pre-heat the oven at 180°C (or at 150°C if your oven is the gates of hell like my partner's).
• In a bowl or very big mug mix together until all the dry ingredients make an homogenous mix:
- 5 tbsp of rolled oats
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of vanilla flavored protein powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 3 tbsp of flour
- 1 pinch of salt.
• Gradually add soy milk while stirring, until everything is mixed evenly and you no longer have anything that's dry. It's supposed to be viscous.
• Put baking paper on your baking tray and put your batter on it in 5~6 circles with a tablespoon.
• Chop some dark chocolate and put the bits on each circle and press them gently in.
• Put in the oven for 15~25 mins. It should be ready once the chocolate starts bubbling a little (but don't let it burn) and the cookie dough gets slightly golden brown. They're more like little cakes than real cookies, consistency-wise.
