I chatted to an Arab Christian in Lebanon who explained why Muslims and Christians are historically part of the region and have largely got along fine.

The conflict has, in recent decades, always been triggered by intel and other operations by Western and Zionist interests, whose goal it is to destabilise the region and make it all look like Muslims hating Christians.
