ከዚህ በታች የሰፈረው ፅሁፍ በድምፅ መቅጃ የተወሰደ ቃለ መጠይቅ ሲሆን የጠያቂውን ጥያቄዎች እንደ ፅሁፍ ሳያካት ፥ የተጠያቂውን ቃል ከጥቂት የ''ቃላት'' ማሻሻያ በስተቀር እንደተቀዳ ያሰፈርኩ መሆኑን አስታውቃለሁ።
ሙለታ ደሲዮስ ማርጌታ እባላለሁ። በወለጋ ክፍለ ሃገር ነው ተውልጄ ያደኩት ያው ቤተሰቦቼም ያቅማቸውን በትምህርት እስከ 8ተኛ አስተምረውኛል። አባቴ ግብርናውንም በጥቂቱ ያስሞካክረኝ ነበር። በኋላ ንግዱም ደህና ነው ሲሉ ጊዜ እናንጎ 02 የምትባል ከተማ አለች እዛ እየሄድኩ ልባሽ ጨርቅ መሸጥ ጀመርኩኝ። እናንጎ እና የኛ መንደር ቅርብ ለቅርብ ናቸው። እና ንግዱ ተሳካልኝ። ባብዛኛው ከገጠር እየመጡ ይገዙኛል። ብዙ ደንበኞችም ነበሩኝ። እንዳልኩህ ገቢው ጥሩ ስለነበር እስከ ቅርብ ጊዜ ድረስ የምሰራ የነበረው ይኽንኑ የልብስ መሸጥ ስራ ነበር። ቤተሰቦቼንም ራሴም ጭምር የማስተዳድር የነበረው ይሄን እየሰራው ነው። በኋላ እናንጎ ሌላ ሆነች የዛሬ አመት ገደማ ረብሻ ተነሳባት በቃ እንዳልነበረች ሆነችብን። በፀጥታው ጉዳይ የተነሳ እናንጎ ላይ መስራት አልተቻለም። ሌላ ቦታ ይህንኑ የንግድ ስራ እንዳልሰራ ደንበኞች አላገኝም ብዬ ስለሰጋው ንግዱንም ቤተሰብም ጠቅላላ ሁሉን ነገር ትቼ በታህሳስ ይመስለኛል 2013 ላይ ስራ ፍለጋ አዲስ አበባ ገባሁ።

My name is Muleta Desiyos Margeta. I was born and raised in Welega State, and my family taught me as much as they could until i get to eight grade. My father also taught me farming. Later, i heared a business was good at a town called Enango 02, which is close to my village so i moved there and started selling clothes.
As I hoped for, the business was good. I started making more money and I even started to send money to support my family, unfortunately due to political instability, Enango was no longer safe to stay. I was afraid I won't get many customers if I did this job in another place therefore, I had to leave everything behind including my business and family. later on I moved to Addis Ababa in December 2020 to look for a job.

ከአቶ ሙለታ ጋር ከጥናቴ ጋር በተገናኘም ብቻ ሳይሆን በመንገዴ ላይ ይገጥሙኝ ነበረና ስለምንግባባ ሰላምታችን ዘለግ ያለ ነው። ጥናቱ የመጣው በኋላ ነው።
ከ 5 ወር ገደማ በፊት ነው የማውቃቸው። አንድ አዲስ አበባ ከተማ ውስጥ በሚገኝ ኤጀንሲ ስራ አገናኝነት በጥበቃ ሙያ ላይ ተሰማርተው ነበረ ያገኘኋቸው። አልፎ አልፎ ስለሥራቸው ሁኔታ ስንጠያየቅ ፥ በወፍ በረርም ቢሆን ትንሽ ከበድ ያለ መሆኑን ያነሱልኛል። በተለይ በተለይ ስራውን ምንም እንኳን በኤጀንሲው አስቀጣሪነት ቢያገኙትም የሚያገለግሉት እና የሚከፈላቸው ደሞዝ መጠን ለየቅል መሆኑ እንደሚያስገርማቸው ይነግሩኛል።
ካወጋናቸው ሁሉ ደስ ያለኝ ግን የአንድ ቀኑ ነው። "አንዳንድ ነገሮች ግን አይገርሙህም?" አሉኝ። "እንዴት?" አልኳቸው።" ቀድመህ ለሰዎች ደግ ብቻ ሁን። በተለይ ሰው አምኖ እምነት ከሰጠህ በፍፁም እምነቱን አትቀይርበት ።ሁሉም መልሶ ለራስህ ይደረግልሃል" አሉኝ። ''እዚሁ መስሪያ ቤት ኤጀንሲው ይከፍለኝ ከነበረው ደሞዝ መጠን በተሻለ ፣ ተያዥ አምጥቼ በግሌ ስለተቀጠርኩኝ ደስ ብሎኛል" አሉኝ።
በነገራችን ላይ የጥበቃ ስራ ፈታኝ ነው። ከፈተናዎቹ ደግሞ የሚብሰው ፈተና፣ ንብረቴን ጠብቅልኝ አደራ! ብሎ የሄደው ባለንብረት ራሱ ጥበቃውን ባይነቁራኛ ሲጠብቀው መሰንበቱ ነው።መጠራጠሩ መልካም ነው። ግን ደ'ሞ በልክ ቢሆን! ብናምናቸውም ባናምናቸውም አብዛኞቹ ታማኞች ናቸው። እንደሌላው ስራ ይህም ከባድ ሃላፊነት የሚወሰድበት ስራ ነው። አስባችሁታል?! በትንሽ የደሞዝ መጠን ብዙ ሃላፊነትን ወስዶ መስራት?! ግድ የለም ሙያቸውን እናክብርላቸው። አብዛኞቹም ጥበቃዎች ከቤተሰብ ራቅ ብለው ነውና ለስራ የሚመጡት ጥቂት የቤተሰብ ያህል ፍቅር እንስጣቸው።

I know Ato muleta 5 months ago. we have a connection with Ato Muleta other than my study but we also meet along road so we have a smooth dialogue. the study comes later. I met with him while he is working in an agency as a security guard in Addis Ababa, throughout our conversation he mentioned how tough the work he is doing. Even if he gets the job through the agency, he mentioned how he is amused when he compared the salary, he gets from what he serves. Among our conversation I delight by one day, He asked me if I was amazed by some things and I replied "how?''. ''first be humble to others'‘!! Specially for the people who have trust on you. Don't change the trust inside you. ''everything will have a payback ’‘I am very happy by the new working place because i earn more than my Previous job by bringing Alabi. by the way the profession security guard, have its own hardship. from those hardship the worst one is, being carefully surveillance by the one who give you the job to carefully watch his property. It is normal to have a doubt but it is nice to be doubtful with limit. if we have doubt or not most of them are loyal and trust worthy. like any other jobs it has a big responsibility. just think about it with a minimum salary taking a huge responsibility. it’s ok let’s respect the profession. let’s give the love and respect like a family because most of them came from far places leaving their family behind.
