The intriguing Nile source building by the Ethiopian masterarchitect Zeleke Belay is unveiled at Bole road in Addis Abeba.
The flesh and soul of his architecture reminds us of the masterminds we came to know in architecture, the big names, right!
He has that aura which you can see in his designs and the level of courage to transcend beyond the complex horizon in the hustle-bustleful design environment in #Africa.
He never failed to spark in his practice which translates to be a very eloquent use of #space and #form and the utilisation of highest order in architecture! Not simple at all!

Africa Urban Forum coming to Addis!
The 1st Africa Urban Forum, themed โSustainable Urbanization for Africaโs Transformation โ Agenda 2063,โ will be held from September 4-6, 2024, at the 'Adwa Victory Memorial' in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia. The theme emphasizes the potential of #urbanization to drive #inclusive, climate-resilient development, aligning with #Agenda2063's vision of a prosperous, integrated, and peaceful Africa. Sub-themes include #financing #urbanization for socio-economic transformation and promoting #sustainable, #resilient urban #development.
