በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ የ50 አመት እድሜ ያላቸው ዘመናዊ ጎጆ ቤቶች በኮሪደር ልማት ምክንያት ሊፈርሱ ነው።
"“ኢትዮጵያ ኢንሳይደር” የተመለከተችው የጽህፈት ቤቱ ደብዳቤ፤ ከእስጢፋኖስ ቤተክርስቲያን እስከ ቤተ መንግስት ያለው መንገድ ቀጣይ የኮሪደር ልማት አካል መሆኑን ይጠቅሳል። በዚህም መሰረት የኮሪደር ልማት ስራው ሲሰራ “ደረጃውን በጠበቀ ሁኔታ እንዲሳካ”፤ “መነሳት ያለበትን በማንሳት፣ መፍረስ ያለበትን በማፍረስ እንዲሁም በማስዋብ እና አረንዴ በማልበስ” አስፈላጊውን ትብብር እንዲያደርጉ ይጠይቃል።"

Congratulations to this duo, Biniyam Bewketu and Daniel Waju for being one of the finalists on the Archstorming International architectural design Competition for the Sanyukt Parivar Community Center in #India.
The competition engaged hundreds of entries from more than 63 countries across the globe.
Biniyam andu Daniel, proposed a design that emphasizes shared resources and communal spaces by integrating living areas under one roof, with a central communal space for fostering connections. All inspired by the Indian architectural culture, their design incorporates adaptive natural environment such as #neem tree, a name for a focal point for communal interaction in India.
The other important features is the Verendah that provides shelter while opening up for socialization.
