From being discarded in households and workshops, to their journey to Minalesh Tera, where they are transformed into new products. This cradle-to-cradle journey dives into a self-organized circular economy in Addis Abeba.

This evening, at 20:10:03 (Ethiopian time), a 4.9 magnitude #earthquake struck 165 km northeast of #the Ethiopian capital, at #Fentale mountain (2,400m) in #Awash national park, within the #riftvalley.

Local experts reported that the vibration from the tremor, while typically associated with light shaking and occasional property damage, was felt from the outskirts to the central areas of #AddisAbeba.

Globally, around 1,500 earthquakes of this magnitude occur annually.
