- Add bias schedtune boosted tasks sched feature
- Increase limit on sched-tune boost groups
- Disabled decode batching feature (to unblock VT frame drop issue)
- Optimized CPU_TIME_MAX_PERCENT
- Always build thermal driver (Instead of allowing the driver to be
removed completely, always compile it and simply stub out the actual CPU
throttle components, in order to enable full CPU performance.)
- Use power efficient workqueue
- Reduced touch latency by 0.5-1ms
