I have a contempt hearing in the African Methodist Episcopal vs the ProudBoys tomorrow in DC. Because of the assassination attempt of Charlie Kirk I am not going to be in attendance. There is no way I will walk into a courtroom in DC given the circumstances. They can hold me in contempt if they want. My life comes first.
The AME church and the law firm of Paul Weiss and their demonization of American citizens IS the reason tragedies like this happen. They use the legal system to lie and promote violence against us. The Judge is also complicit. She has allowed this to continue in her courtroom. They should ALL be put behind bars.
So because of that…I AM NOT RISKING MY SAFETY. So they can LITERALLY GO FUCK THEMSELVES.
Prayers up for Charlie. They’re targeting all of us legally and fatally.

I have officially filed a motion for continuance in the case of AME vs ProudBoys.
They are attempting to imprison me for refusing to name individuals that were in DC on December 12th. They want me to travel to totally unsafe DC in a time where conservative voices are under threat. I was already stabbed in DC on election night 2020 for trying to help an elderly gentlemen and 4 of my brothers and sisters. If they want to hold a remote hearing at a later date I will oblige. But there is no way I am making myself a target.
The rhetoric and constant disinformation pushed by AME And its legal counsel the Paul Weiss firm is not only attempting to imprison me but they are attempting to put me in harms way. Their lies and slander put me and many others at risk. Organizations and corporations like AME and Paul Weiss are the reason for the senseless murder that occurred today.
Court is scheduled for tomorrow Sept 11th at 11am in the Superior Courthouse in DC. I have attached AMEs relentless targeting below.
