Ocean had earlier suggested waiving confidentiality over the adjudicator's recent findings as a means of allowing the communities to see the truth for themselves. However, Mr Humayun Sheikh refused this. We are therefore preparing responses to the various unfounded claims and allegations while respecting the ambits of the law. In the meantime, please be assured the Ocean treasury is safe, intact, and will continue to be deployed for the benefit of the Ocean community.
