So for veterans cooks, mix and cook. If beginner or just like to have more instructions....chop the turkey, mix together with the stuffing and mashed potatoes, add a couple eggs and 1/2 cup shredded cheese, form 2 inch balls, place on parchment paper, sprinkle with some parsley, bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until they look golden on top. Enjoy!! By the way, this is a great quick meal served with cranberry sauce and salad!
