Before Comey's indictment, Jon and I discussed how important a new era of accountability is for American catharsis.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court rules 6-3 to allow Trump’s “pocket rescission” of $4 billion in foreign aid funding, ruling that it’s unlikely the groups suing have standing to pursue the claim and that Trump’s foreign policy power outweighs their purported harms.

This is a significant win for Trump in a battle over the power of the purse and could make it even more difficult for Congress to reach a deal to avoid a shutdown — either now or in future negotiations.

I find it interesting that one of the statutes listed in Trump's Domestic Terrorism NSPM is just one little statute away from the underlying crime John Solomon claimed was being used for the RICO GRANDE investigations.
