Added back volume panel styles with per app volume supported. (Thanks to Spark Rom for implementing the per app volume support.)

Important Update:

We are going completely open source. The entire source code will be available on GitHub after we merge the August SP.

The source has been pushed with the August SP merged and is now publically available on our org.
