Director General of the Ministry of Health in Gaza:
โญ We are facing an unprecedented shortage of resources and supplies.
โญ Border crossings must be opened, and the Israeli occupation must comply with the agreed-upon terms of the ceasefire.
โญ Aid trucks must be allowed in to operate hospitals and save the lives of the wounded and sick.
โญ Health services in the Strip have suffered a complete complete collapse during two years of war.
โญ Many cases of malnutrition still exist and require monitoring and treatment.

Today marks the first anniversary of Israelโs killing of Yahya Sinwar, the mastermind behind the Al-Aqsa Flood battle, during which elite Al-Qassam units stormed the border with the occupied territories, captured Israeli soldiers and settlers, and negotiated their release in exchange deals that freed Palestinian detainees.
Sinwarโs body was found under the rubble of a house in Rafah, near the position of Israeli tanks, still holding his weapon, which he fought with until his death on the battlefield. Following the discovery, the Israeli army released a brief drone video showing Sinwar wounded but defiantly striking at the drone with a wooden stick.
