Breaking | Only a day after receiving all its living captives from Gaza as part of Trumpโ€™s plan to end the war, Israeli media reports that Netanyahu has approved new โ€œpunitive measures.โ€

According to Israeli reports, Netanyahu supported and approved a decision not to open the Rafah Crossing tomorrow, claiming that Hamas failed to hand over the remaining bodies of Israeli soldiers in Gaza. The same sources added that Israel has also decided to drastically reduce the humanitarian aid entering the Gaza Strip.

Hamas, however, stated that Israel manipulated the list of Palestinian detainees set for release in yesterdayโ€™s exchange deal and cited difficulties in recovering the bodiesโ€™ remains due to several factors, including Israelโ€™s failure to adhere to the agreed-upon terms of the deal.

A new survey by the Arab and Middle Eastern Journalists Association (AMEJA) reveals the extent of pressure and discrimination faced by Arab journalists working in U.S. newsrooms since the outbreak of the Gaza war.

Most participants reported intense editorial scrutiny, restricted freedom in covering Middle Eastern issues, especially Palestine, and a growing sense of mistrust toward their reporting.

Journalists stressed that the lack of Arab leadership representation within major media institutions deepens bias and undermines journalistic fairness in portraying the reality from Gaza and the Arab world.
