Self-checks are a good start they help you stay aware of your body. But they’re not enough on their own. Mammograms and clinical exams can catch tiny changes we might never notice, and that early detection can save lives.
Watch for lumps, skin changes, nipple pain, or unusual discharge and don’t ignore what feels off. The earlier breast cancer is found, the better the chances of beating it.
