💡 When scholars teach on leadership, there teach that there are different types. One of these types is classified as one that is influencial the most, and that is LEADERSHIP THROUGH CHARACTER.
💡In the context of our students at Addis Ababa University, 6 kilo campus, they were trained on how they should start their journey of being leaders by developing their character. Another highlight of the program was that character development is not a goal to be achieved overnight, but rather it is a process by which we always continue in becoming.

አንድ ሰው የመሪነት ሚናን ከመፈለግ ይልቅ ባህሪውን ለማዳበር ብዙ ጥረት ሲያደርግ፣ መጀመሪያ ለራሱ እውነተኛና ታማኝ ስለሆነ ሌሎችን ወደ እራሱ ይስባል። ሁሌም ጉዳዩ ውጭ ነው ብሎ አይናገርም። ራሱን ይጠይቃል፣ ያጠናል፣ ያቅዳል እንዲሁም ይገነባል። በዚህ ባህሪው ምክንያት፣ ሌሎች ይዘቱን አይተው ለሌሎች ሰዎች የአመራር ቦታ በቂ ነው ብለው ሊያምኑ ይችላሉ። "ሌሎችን ከመምራቴ በፊት ራሴን እመራለሁ" በህይወቱ ውስጥ የራሱ ያደረገው ዋና መርህ ነው። ሰዎችን ልክ እንደ ማግኔት ወደ ራሱ ይስባል ምክንያቱም ታማኝነትን እና ራስን መግዛትን ስለሚያሳይ ይህም ሌሎች እንዲያምኑበት እና እንዲከተሉት ያደርጋል።

A plan is a predetermined workflow. A plan is a blueprint for achieving a goal. It is about setting goals and deciding how to achieve them. Planning is deciding in advance what needs to be done, how to do it, when and by whom. It closes the gap to get from where we are to where we want to be.

📌 At the job fair that was conducted for Addis Ababa University Students, we got to spend time with the participants.

Rejoice Africa took part in the Annual Research and fairs week held at Addis Ababa University. It was a great experience in which it allowed us connect with graduating students and provide an opportunity to create awareness about Rejoice Africa’s services. We offered the students information on different internship and volunteering opportunities as well.
