But that wall “is made of mirrors, not bricks”.

First, let’s look at the technicality of things. What we are feeling is felt by many more before us and they have created a mind map for us to track down - the why’s of it and how to break this cycle.
Step 1:
When the notification came, it made you distressed. Feel it, embrace it, even if it is negativity. Be it anger, frustration, demotivation, and stress coming from these 😔! FEEL IT, don’t run, and don’t let your mind protect you from it. It is okay, it will be uncomfortable but it is necessary 😌.

✅ Make a practical plan that is achievable and within your capabilities.
