We are looking for a Business Development Associate to onboard and manage restaurant and retail partners, grow our network, and drive revenue.
*Responsibilities:*
* Identify and acquire new restaurant, grocery, and retail partners in Lebanon.
* Manage partner onboarding, contracts, and integration into the platform.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with marketing initiatives to support promotions and offers for partners.
* Monitor partner performance and provide feedback to optimize growth.
* Represent the company in meetings, events, or promotional activities as needed.
*Requirements* :
* Fluent in English; French is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (F&B, retail, or app/tech preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Goal-oriented with experience in pipeline management and KPIs tracking.
