Florida Banning Weather Modification on the State, passing Bill HB477 with Unanimous 17-0 Vote!

• The bill bans "the injection, release, or dispersion, of a chemical compound, a substance, or an apparatus into the atmosphere within the borders of this state for the express purpose of affecting the temperature, the weather, or the intensity of sunlight."
— Any deliberate attempt to influence weather patterns is outlawed.

• The bill eliminates multiple provisions of Florida’s prior weather modification laws, which previously allowed for regulated activities like cloud seeding under state-issued licenses.

• Penalties for Violations:
— Violators face increased civil penalties, with fines up to $10,000 per offense, signaling a strong deterrent against any weather-related experimentation or intervention in the state’s atmosphere.

• The bill must still pass the House and Senate, and then be signed by the governor to become law.

If signed into law, HB 477 takes effect on July 1, 2025!

It looks like they're taking the Iranians seriously. The video shows the movements of US Air Force aircraft, primarily military transport aircraft, between Europe and the Persian Gulf over the past week.
