the scope of the heart is the correction of one's actions

والحُبُّ يَعْتَرِضُ اللَّذاتِ بالأَلَمِ

stop playing cool, just be passionate and intense and chill and whoever sticks around is meant for you

and be so rooted in yourself that nobody's absence or presence can disturb your peace.

”وَنَحنُ أُناسٌ لا تَوَسُّطَ عِندَنا
‏لَنا الصَدرُ دونَ العالَمينَ أَوِ القَبرُ“

سلِّم سمعي مِن كُلِّ كلمةٍ تُؤذيه،
‏وسلِّم قلبي مِن أي شعورٍ يُرهقُه.

لا أزال أؤمن بالحب
كآخر شمعة في محراب الظلام....

إِنَّهَا تُبْهِرُ مِثْلَ الْفَجْر
وَتُوَاسِي مِثْلَ اللَّيْل

﴿ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلَاةِ مِنْ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَاسْعَوْا إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَذَرُوا الْبَيْعَ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴾

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وبَارِك عَلى نَبِيِّنا مُحَمَّد

swinging back and forth between seeing immense beauty everywhere and feeling deeply like i am in hell

عَينٌ مُسَهَّدَةٌ وَقَلبٌ يَخفِق

اللَّهُمَّ أسْلِل سَخِيمَة قَلبِي

a heart, deep and filled with beauty,
will never feel at ease with shallowness.
