'The critical point is the one that is not made. Putin remarks a few times that it was a terror attack by terrorists. He does not define the sponsor or the actors. The fake media tries to say it was sponsored by terrorist organisations of Islamic origin and carried out by ISIS.
Discount that for Putin would have stated that in a generalised comment.
Where is this heading? Putin is not yet 100% sure of who the sponsor is : be sure it is a state or states ( nato countries ), and the investigation is still ongoing. He has the actors.
