Started the day with mee pok from Old Botanical Garden Famous Fishball Noodle #14. Springy noodles, minced pork, crispy lard, and bouncy fishballs in soup — solid, honest flavours.
Grabbed white carrot cake from Stall #13 next door — soft inside, crispy edges, full of umami. All smiles before the first bite 😄
