Hope all of you enjoyed the festival in Safe Mode.
Gift Nifty indicates a strong gap up opening on back of PM's assurance to POTUS to reduce Crude purchase from Russia. This is an indication for a US - India trade deal soon.
Nifty - Earlier ATH is 26277.35. We are set to open very close to this zone. However sustainability is a question. I assume there will be some profit booking after opening. Atleast for 100 points from first 5 minutes high. If we manage to close above 26000 then it will become the intermediate support.
BankNifty - Ready for 59000 soon. After opening any dip towards 58000 is a buy with 225 points below as SL.
Its not worth chasing today. Wait and watch how market digests the news for first 15/30 minutes and then taking trades will be a wise approach.

Nifty - HH & HL with poor price action. Post opening if we break yesterday low, there are high chance of breaking previous day's low too. In such case the support comes at 25600 odd zones. Strong support at 25506 (10 SMA). If sustains above 25825, Buy can be initiated with small SL of 60 Points below it. If SL breaks, wait for Support zone to create fresh longs.
BankNifty - Same scenario here also. Numbers alone are different. 57887 is 21st October Low and 57197 is the 10 SMA. Intermediate support at 57713.

Gap up opening in Nasdaq. Gift Nifty also indicates a minor green tick as per Friday close. I believe the gap up may increase due to Nasdaq's strong show as of now.
Nifty - Bearish 1-2-3 set up as per Friday close. Things will change only if we take our Friday high and sustain above it. Else this gap up will be utilized to create fresh shorts. Support lies at 25718 and below that 10 SMA of 25567 becomes the strong support. 25944 & 26104 are the resistances.
BankNifty - Same scenario here too. Numbers alone changes. Supports at 57482 & 56724. Resistance at 57951 & 58232.
VIX above 11.50. MMI 76+. It can go till 85/88. Do not be aggressive please.
