New Age religion is a successful industry, a well-packaged formula of esotericism resulting from the ocultism and counterculture of the 1960s. By taking over a world in ruins, where all basic industries had been taken as spoils of war, the idea of creating a mass consumer society, lacking technological skills and indoctrinated enough to consume only irrelevant items, strengthened among the Grey. A fourth religion created for a new society with the aim of "balancing" growing consumption with vigorous "spirituality". The recipe, initially sold by British agents as The Beatles, Blavatsky and Jung, was a success, generating astronomical profits. One of the captains of the new industry was called Yogananda. His religion spread like wildfire, preaching "plain living and high thinking". Along with the New Age religion would come the renewal of the principle of cause and effect, known as the "law of return", now sold as "Karma". Individualism is the engine of a decadent society. Die New-Age-Religion ist eine erfolgreiche Industrie, eine gut verpackte Formel der Esoterik, die aus dem Okultismus und der Gegenkultur der 1960er Jahre resultiert. Durch die Übernahme einer Welt in Trümmern, in der alle grundlegenden Industrien als Kriegsbeute genommen worden waren, verstärkte sich bei den Grauen die Idee, eine Massenkonsumgesellschaft zu schaffen, der es an technologischen Fähigkeiten mangelte und die indoktriniert genug war, nur irrelevante Dinge zu konsumieren. Eine vierte Religion, die für eine neue Gesellschaft geschaffen wurde, mit dem Ziel, den wachsenden Konsum mit einer kräftigen "Spiritualität" in Einklang zu bringen. Das Rezept, das zunächst von britischen Agenten wie den Beatles, Blavatsky und Jung verkauft wurde, war ein Erfolg und brachte astronomische Gewinne. Zusammen mit der New Age-Religion würde die Erneuerung des Prinzips von Ursache und Wirkung kommen, bekannt als das "Gesetz der Wiederkehr", das nun als "Karma" verkauft wird.
