EXCLUSIVE: ICE Pursues Child-Abusing Illegal Alien in Chicago Suburbs

Federal immigration officers chased a fleeing illegal alien who dangerously evaded in a Chicago-area neighborhood packed with arriving school buses.

Border Hawk recently embedded with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) during Operation Midway Blitz in the sanctuary state of Illinois.

Rafael Tolentino Martinez, an illegally-present Mexican national with a lengthy rap sheet that includes a conviction for domestic battery of a 3-year-old victim resulting in permanent disablement, detected the presence of ICE agents as they closed in on him in Elgin, a city in the Chicago suburbs.

Martinez made several unlawful maneuvers while attempting to escape in a red Nissan sedan, placing children and uninvolved motorists at risk.

Agents eventually caught up with Martinez and took him into custody.

🚨ALARMING: An exhausted non-citizen truck driver from Mexico was found ASLEEP on the side of the interstate in Clarksville, AR! This driver violated hours of service rules, was driving in "personal conveyance" mode, couldn't speak English, & had NO WORK VISA—only a B1/B2 tourist visa.

What's INSANE? He's 700 miles from the border, hauling a load from MI to OK—NOT a cross-border shpmnt. This is straight-up CABOTAGE violation, illegal for foreign drivers!

AR Highway Police? ZERO training on this—they didn't even question the Border Crossing Card or why he's running domestic loads. Even worse, the AR Highway Police chief actively worked w/the AR Trucking Association against legislation in this year's legislative session that wouldve banned the use of B1/B2 tourist visas for truck drivers in the state of AR. If this happened in Oklahoma, ICE would've been called immediately. But AR isn't cooperating with ICE, so they just dropped him @ a hotel w/a slap-on-the-wrist warning for English proficiency.
