The Weeping Angels are my FAVORITE. They need way more episodes. I would trade every episode with Daleks (I find them extremely boring and annoying) for more episodes with the Weeping Angels.

Runners up are the Vashta Nerada and the Silence. Would love to see more of both. I love stealthy monsters.

I'm really sorry that the word "yeet" seems to have fallen out of fashion. Maybe one of my favorite slang words of all time.

I like being in my new house. I still have boxes everywhere, and I'm not even close to being done decorating, but it's starting to have an energy I can connect to.

I'm not feeling good today. I've got inflammation throughout my whole system, brought on in part (I'm sure) by stress. I left work at lunch today because I'm in pain.

A week ago this house would not have felt like comfort yet, but it's starting to.

I'm rewatching the episodes with The Silence now. Excellent, excellent monsters.

If I had the ability to teleport, I would probably spend a lot of time going to the thrift and antique stores I see on TikTok that aren't remotely close to where I live.

But something I for sure want to do in the near future is plan a road trip specifically to hit up some stores in other places.

Years ago, in a window of time when I wasn't working, EH and I took a road trip from Oklahoma up to Washington state, down to Los Angeles and back to Oklahoma in a camper. We took our time and camped along the way. I think we were on the road for about 3 weeks.

I would love to do something similar, but with a little box trailer on the back of a truck, hitting up thrift stores and antique shops in all the little towns along the way.

Today has been a day of friends and gifts.

This morning I went to breakfast with a former coworker, whom I hadn't seen in almost a year. That was really nice.
