“Shabkar’s wit and playfulness, his magnificent flights of imagination, his persistence in exposing all hypocrisy—these are the qualities that suffuse his work, overriding the niceties of literary style alone.
The gentle and kind personality illuminating these pages should not, however, be regarded as an airy proponent of love and light, a New Age prophet before his time. Shabkar’s lightness disguises, to some extent, the intense moral rigor of the ascetical ethos he propounded: Shabkar was an effective apostle of vegetarianism among carnivores, of teetotalism among the lush, of renunciation among the worldly. He wins our respect and sympathy not because we always concur with, much less adhere to, the standard upon which he insists, but because his insistence takes the form not of the moralist’s harangue but of the songster’s jest, and of teaching through his own good example. For above all, Shabkar practiced what he preached.”

"In Explorations in Consciousness, Frederick Aardema, a clinical researcher, provides a profound account of the out-of-body experience, covering some of the most mystifying aspects of this experience. Throughout the book, the author seamlessly weaves in his own travels into different fields of consciousness, including experiences in the personal field, where he is confronted with the constructs of his own psyche, as well as visitations to collective and archetypal fields of consciousness that appear to have an independent existence beyond the eye of the beholder. Highly original and groundbreaking, Explorations in Consciousness presents a model of reality in which nothing can ever be taken for granted. It proposes that consciousness is embedded within a wider field of possibilities that become real depending on our interaction with the world around us, whether “in” or “out” of the body. Regardless of what you believe about the out-of-body state, this book will challenge and excite you to become an explorer of consciousness. It provides a powerful method to induce the OBE, as well as new tools on how to navigate the entire spectrum of consciousness yourself."

A Sādhaka who gains the knowledge shown in the first Vimarśa, will be a mukta. The naure of nitya mukta, of ever liberated soul, is defined by the Siddhā.According to him a Jñāni is liberated, who realizes through buddhi, the three fold form of Devi, as the knower, known and knowledge. He shines through her will knowing her as subtle and pure. The wise who sees her as knowledge as well as the cause of knowledge is liberated.

The subtlest Antaḥkaraṇa Catuṣṭaya [catuṣṭayam] is the instrumental cause of Mātṛ (Knower). The Instrumental cause of Meya (Known) is the combination of the Karmendriyas and Jñānendriyas , each presided over by Manas and Buddhi respectively. The knowledge is the offshoot of the activities of the Sūkṣma-indriyas (Tanmātras). Vikalpadhī:[2] is the tool afforded by Her-the very personification of Vāc-Artha (word and Sense) as the Cit. A Jñāni using this tool finds the true source as the pure Svara-Nāda Svarūpa [svarūpam] which is her original form and becomes enlightened soul

"A complex body of religious practices that spread throughout the Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain traditions; a form of spirituality that seemingly combines sexuality, sensual pleasure, and the full range of physical experience with the religious life―Tantra has held a central yet conflicted role within the Western imagination ever since the first "discovery" of Indian religions by European scholars. Always radical, always extremely Other, Tantra has proven a key factor in the imagining of India. This book offers a critical account of how the phenomenon has come to be.
Tracing the complex genealogy of Tantra as a category within the history of religions, Hugh B. Urban reveals how it has been formed through the interplay of popular and scholarly imaginations. Tantra emerges as a product of mirroring and misrepresentation at work between East and West—a dialectical category born out of the ongoing play between Western and Indian minds. Combining historical detail, textual analysis, popular cultural phenomena, and critical theory, this book shows Tantra as a shifting amalgam of fantasies, fears, and wish-fulfillment, at once native and Other, that strikes at the very heart of our constructions of the exotic Orient and the contemporary West."

"Whoever has any knowledge of astrology knows that the time when death is likely to occur can be predicted with considerable accuracy; but if he has had any practical experience of the same art, he also knows that that which is threatened does not necessarily befall. There are a great many factors to be taken into consideration in a horoscope, and the judgment is after all not the answer to a sum in arithmetic, concerning which there can be only one result, but the opinion of the astrologer concerning the ultimate outcome of an indefinite number of counterbalancing factors. Astrology is much more of an art than a science, and the personal factor in both querent and astrologer is a very large one.
No one can deny, however, that there are tides of death in every horoscope, tides on which the soul may readily slip across the harbour-bar into the Great Beyond. The cords are loosened then, and if a sudden stress comes, they may part. On the other hand, a compensating force may come into play; the faith or the will-power of the querent himself, or of one close to him, may suffice to hold the soul in the body till the tide has run its course and the knot of life tightens again automatically. In such a case we may literally say that a new lease of life has been entered upon, and that there is little likelihood of death until the planets once again have moved into a fatal position. It is very instructive to retrogress a horoscope, if such a term may be permitted, and observe how the planets stood during periods of crisis in the past. We shall find that there may have been more than one period when the Angel of Death drew near but passed by. What has happened once may happen again, and it is as unwise to assume the certainty of death before the breath is out of the body as it is to count chickens before they are hatched."

"The most ancient sciences in the world are Alchemy and Kabbalah, which are the practical, spiritual knowledge hidden in the depths of every great religion and mystical tradition.
Modern scientists are only recently discovering what these ancient teachings have always known: that we are a part of a multidimensional universe, and that our Consciousness, our awareness, can expand to perceive matter and energy that are invisible to the flesh. Just as physics and chemistry illuminate our understanding of the physical world, Alchemy and Kabbalah constitute a scientific method to awaken the Consciousness and fully develop the human being, opening the doors to vast worlds that are hidden from the physical senses.
This awakening or alchemical birth requires a precise scientific method, for everything that exists depends upon causes and conditions. Hidden in centuries of mystical texts and obscure drawings are the specific instructions that lead towards the opening of their inner senses and the entrance into a higher life. The Philosopher's Stone, the secret of transmuting lead into gold, and many other sacred mysteries long restricted to initiates who had proven their trustworthiness were publicly revealed for the first time by the author Samael Aun Weor.
These mystical sciences are hidden in the twenty-two primary Tarot cards, whose origins and precise meanings have never before now been publicly revealed. Now, see for yourself how these ancient traditions are all truly one science. Discover the keys to unlock the mysteries hidden in scriptures, mystical texts, and enigmatic images, and most importantly the mysteries hidden within us."

goddess Devi Bhairavi, female counterpart to Bhagwan Shiva, sits on the body of a decomposing corpse. Wearing jewelry and a skirt made of skulls, and horns in the form of spear heads, she is accompanied by Bhagwab Shiva who appears in the form of a devotee. Three of her hands carry symbols of destruction, while her fourth extends a gesture of blessing. The borders, executed in gold monochrome, form a continuation of the desolate landscape in the painting itself. The inscription above the image, written in Devanagari script, identifies the figure as Shri Bhairavi. 1630-35.

Sri Lalitha Navarathri.
Vasanta Navaratri or Chaitra Navaratri also known as Lalitha Navarathri is celebrated from Chaitra Amavasya for the next 9 nights. This year, it will be celebrated from 9th April 2024 to 18th April 2024.
The main purpose of this Navaratri is to welcome the seasonal changes. The beginning of Winter (September-October) and beginning of Summer (April- May) mark important points of climatic and solar influences. Our bodies and minds also come under these influences. Therefore, Agni Purana recommends celebrating at least the Chaitra Navaratri and the Sharad Navaratri. Invoking the boundless compassion and grace of the Goddess Lalithambika confers the required immunity and strength to achieve physical and mental wellness.
Though Devi worship is the mainstay of this navaratri, it is also referred to as “Rama Navaratri” since Rama Navami ( Rama’s birthday) falls on the 9th day of this festival. Lord Rama and Hanuman are also worshipped alongwith Shakti.
According to the Devi Bhagavata Puran, Prince Sudarshana won against King Yudhajit with Shakti’s help. Therefore, he alongwith his wife and father -in law started worshipping Devi earnestly. The pleased Goddess ordered them to intensify Her worship during Vasanta Navaratri by performing havans and other rituals. Lord Rama and Lakshmana, the descendants of King Sudharsana continued the tradition and recovered Sita with the Goddess’ help.
The theme of this Navaratri evokes Bhakti bhava in earnest worshippers. This festival is mainly celebrated in North India and few temples in South India especially temples with Sree Mahameru installed. Special Abhishekams are performed every morning during this period. The deity is decorated in a grand fashion too. Evenings are filled up with Lalitha Sahasranamam archanai and Navavarna pooja, considered to be the most powerful Pooja in Shakta tradition. Kanya Puja and Suhasini poojas are also conducted to worship the Shakti aspect. The Goddess being a lover of arts, music and dance programmes are also part of the celebrations.
One can celebrate this Navaratri in their homes, as per their belief and faith. Lalitha Sahasranamam, Soundarya Lahari, Abhirami Andhaadi, Durga Saptashati and various other scriptures and slokas can be chanted. Honouring young girls as “Kanya” and married ladies as ” Suvasini” is quite a popular way of worshipping Shakti during Navaratri.
This is a unique festival wherein there are celebrations happening on one hand while intense sadhanas aimed at delving deeper to gain gnana are performed by sadhaks. The vices of the mind can be dissolved during this period through tapas and Devi upasanas.Sincere prayers to Lalithambika during this navaratri blesses one with all the health, wealth, education, overall success and fulfillment of desires.
Vasant rithu aka Spring heralds the time of harvest and happiness, not only in nature but also in the minds of people. What a better way to celebrate Spring than by worshiping Goddess Lalitha – the Mother of the Universe!

Tantracharya. Krishnanda Agamvagish was a great matri sadhaka and was the first one who brought about the puja of maa dakshina kali into lime light he was the one who helped in transforming the image kali into an adorable mother from a ruthless devi in the minds of common folk. He was born in the famous Moitra family of Nabadwip his father Maheshwar gouracharya and brother sahasrakha were hard-core Vaishnavs thus being a shakti Upasaka he have to face many difficulties in his shakti aradhana he belonged to the period of Chaitanya mahaprabhu at around 1575 CE . At that time common people usually remained frightened regarding worship of maa kali because of the intense way of worship used by kapaliks and bamachari tantriks which were not meant for common folk that includes veerachari rituals and other things the main stream of Bengal tantrachara was under their control at that time . Not only this the gaudiya vaisnavism of Chaitanya mahaprabhu was also very strong at that time . Krishnanda Agamvagish appeared as a milestone of Bengal shaktism at that time, after completing his sadhna he read different tantrick texts like " Tara tantra " , " tantra churamani " , " shakti sangam tantra ", yogini tantra " , " shyama rahasya " and other 170 types of tantras then by the conclusions of this texts he composed the " Brihat Tantra sara " which contained the core elements of all this tantras , he cleared fear present in the mind of common people regarding kali puja it was at that time the puja of dakshina kali become more popular among different parts of Bengal. Matri aradhana became a integral part in the life of bengali people in his tantra Sara he provided a separate section for satta karmas like Maran, ucchatan, vashikaran, Mohan etc and restored the main stream of tantra sadhna which leads to the lotus feet of maa mahamaya. In Nabadwip the puja of maa dakshina kali done by him is still continued as Agameshwari kali puja , he also composed a text called tattabodhini he was the guru of sadhak ramprasad the famous poet saint of Bengal. Due to his contribution and way of sadhna showed showed by him many future sadhaks came who followed his way and attained Siddhi many among them were Ramkrishna paramhansa, ramprasad, kamalakanta, bam deva etc gradually the effect of gaudiya vaisnavism came to an end,the amavasya he carried the puja of maa kali is known as dipwannita amavasya which still very famous. . Thus I feel no problem to call krishnanda Agamvagish as tantracharya I offer my utmost respect in his lotus feet.
