In the centre, the bga mantra of KNq Kro—. Surrounding the bija are the fifteen Eternities or NityN of KNq corresponding to the fifteen days of the Waning Moon. Around these five triangles are the three circles representing the three worlds or Moon, Sun and Fire. The large triangle forming the background of the central figure represents the cremation ground or ma/ anN The whole is surrounded by the bhupura, the earth city or the magical fence, populated by the eight guardians of the directions or dikpalas. In the eight petals are the eight Bhairavas and the eight Bhairavis, each couple representing one of the eight cremation grounds sacred to the goddess.

Kautilya's Arthashastra is a book about economics written by Kautilya. The word (No Suggestions) originates from a primeval Indian dissertation that discussed how the economy and military affairs of a state should function. The dissertation was written in Sanskrit by Chanakya, the teacher to the founder of the Mauryan Empire. The book talks about the science of amassing wealth. The author emphasizes that the king should offer no reason for his actions and should go to any extent to attain wealth. The subjects would be prone to punishments unlike the king.
Kautilya was cunning and shrewd. He offered checks for the king on how to see what the sons were plotting against the king. He also offered advice to the sons on how to snatch the king's rule. He felt that it was almost impossible to detect if an official was dishonest, just like how one does not know how much water a fish drinks.
He offered the seven tips for a successful and committed business. He says that the CEO has to guide and direct the team. The competent and resourceful manager binds the team together. You have to know how your market operates and from where you can generate more revenue. Your nucleus or your office should be a centralized place from where you assimilate ideas, strategize and control all your operations. You need to manage your treasury efficiently. Lastly, you need a strong companion that you can depend on, when there is trouble in your business. The first edition of Kautilya's Arthashastra, was published by Jaico Publishing House in 2009 and is available in paperback.

He is the founder of political science and economics in India. He encouraged international trade and helped rulers make their visions a reality. He felt that the state should have total control over land, water and mining. He strongly recommended keeping a check on government functions by keeping an eye on money transactions. His age old policies seem to ring true today too and are followed by many people.

Some Saiva and Sakta texts explain the activity of different modes of the supreme Lord's divine saktis with the help of the diagram of two triangles juxtaposed one over the other, with their vertices facing upwards and downwards respectively. The upward pointing triangle is called the urdhvatrikona, and symbolizes the supreme Lord in His transcendent form: anuttara Siva, the highest tattva, occupies the apex position, while His cit and änanda saktis are said to exist and operate respectively from the left and right corners of the base of the triangle, to bring out His transcendent nature.
The second triangle, called the adhahtrikona, its vertex pointing downwards, symbolizes the group of three saktis, iccha, jñana and kriyā, which play crucial roles in the supreme Lord's manifestation as the world. It is held that iccha and jñanasaktis operate from the left and right corners at the top of their triangle, while kriya sakti is said to operate on the downward-pointing vertex of the inverted triangle to fulfil the task of visarga (lit. throwing out), the emergence of the tathvas (different levels of existence) comprising the world creation. The two triangles placed one over the other make a six-corned figure (satkona) of saktis, " considered by many spiritual seekers to be holy and auspicious, which is therefore used in certain rituals for their spiritual upliftment

This triangle in the diagram represents the Pará Caitanya or the Para Samvid in transcendent form (visvottirnarüpa). The Pará Caitanya, also called the Anuttara Siva possessing a form, is represented by the vertex in this triangle. The mode of His divine Sakti operating as the cit sakti - symbolised by the vowel letter 'a'-is shown in this diagram by the left side base angle. The divine Sakti functioning as the ananda-śakti- symbolised by the vowel letter a- is represented in the above diagram by the right side base
angle.
The vowel letter 'a' here is held constituted by joining together of two vowel letters 'a' and 'a' symbolising the Anuttara Siva in His self-created reduplicated forms facing each other (abhimukha). This act of voluntary re-duplication is considered a pre-requisite for His self-manifestation as the multiplicity of the world. Kashmiri Saivacaryas hold that there cannot be manifestation of the multiplicity directly from the non-dual one.

The mode of His divine Sakti operating as unmeșa or jñanasakti symbolised by vowel letter 'u- is indicated in the diagram by the right side base angle. The act of unmesa (self-revelation as the multiplicity) also implies kriyá, therefore the kriyā śakti (one of the five modes of functioning of the divine Sakti) has not been shown explicitly in the diagram. In fact the kriyā šakti is held to be identical with 'armi', symbolised by the vowel letter '', which is said to be the resting place (visrânti) for unmesa.
The inverted vertex in this triangle represents the point of 'throwing out' (visarga) of different levels of creation (tattvas), symbolised by consonant letters. The vowel letter ' symbolises this point, also called yoni (lit. the source), denoted by two vertically placed dots).
