Congolese illegal Anicet Mayela was due to be sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on Tuesday charged with one count of raping the girl.

His sentencing has been delayed until the end of May.

He arrived in our country illegally in 2004 & was detained. He was scheduled for deportation but wasn’t removed as he allegedly sustained an injury while being held in an isolation cell.

A second attempt was made in May 2005 but staff on an @AirFranceUK jet prevented the plane from taking off. That makes all involved child rape enablers in my book.

A month later, he won leave to remain after lawyers said that deportation would be against his human rights.
