No, he was not ‘sent’ to Rwanda.

He chose to go. He went under the voluntary relocation scheme.

He volunteered to go, was handed £3,000 from the British taxpayer to help relocate.

Once there he will have free accommodation, food, healthcare & education. The financial support package is for 5 years. All paid for by us.
