Beautiful silver-inlaid Roman pugio found in a burial in Haltern am See, North Rhine-Westphalia; in the Teutoburg Forest. Would’ve been a Germanic warrior’s war trophy. ᛏ

My next video is the tale of Tam Lin, a very old faery story from Selkirkshire 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 This tale has been told by a few others on YouTube, but unlike them I have filmed on location and found the site of the mysterious Well that is mentioned in the story, as well as following the directions of Sir Walter Scott to locate the site that the faeries appear. Furthermore, I’ve enlisted the help of a musician who provides the fiddle music of the old ballad of this story.

Iniochos (Charioteer of Delphi), is one of the best-preserved ancient Greek statues.

Behold, the classical hellenic phenotype which is almost completely gone from our world.

I have had glimpses of it in isolated mountain villages and remote island populations.
